Default I want in!

I would like to be a gym rat member please. I have been instructed to start walking 30 minutes a day per my surgeon. Today is "d" day! This should help with motivation!!

I have been wondering what all this TT gym member thing was about.. I thought it meant at first you had a tummy tuck!
But Ahem.. I work out 3 days a week with a personal trainer in the gym .. and 2 days of running in a group does that count? and bah .. what number do I get!

Hey I want to be a gym rat I might as well be!!! I sometimes go to kick boxing at 8:15-9;15pm and I am back at the gym by 9:15 am!!! sometimes before the staff. But I have still gained back my bounce back 20 and can not shake it no matter how much I work out? So sign me up I will be a Rat!!!! I will do what ever it takes!!! Mags

OK... I'm ready to take the plunge! Sign me up too! If I counted right, I would be #65, but I'll wait for confirmation.

I do step aerobics Monday through Thursday from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. I've been doing it for about two years now.
