I don't think I need to justify my gym rat status - when they ask you to teach there (training is June 22-24) they expect you live there...

And I can run for 60 seconds now!

Would love to be a Gym Rat.. just had surgery and I am starting to work out or I should say walk on the treadmill a couple of times a day, hope that counts. Hope to be able to work out at least 5 times a week once I am healed and able to withstand longer times, right now it is 10-15 mintues 2 -3x's a day.

Okay, Losers, I'm trying to live up to the new name "gym rat".....Logged out and got off my butt...walked up my stairs, put on my walking shoes, and walked 45 minutes on my treadmill at 3.0-3.5 mph.....Whew! This pink kitty is gonna turn into a gym rat soon!

I think this is what I needed to get my body losing again! I can see Onederland just around the corner!!
