Moving everyday!
Thanks John,
For the both the number and the encouragement and advice. Yes, this site is really better than any other support group I have ever attended, so I am so glad I found it. I signed up two days ago to be a Team Captain for the American Heartwalk at my work, so that will get me lots of walking support here at work. I raised $1500 last year, my goal for this year is $2000. So maybe I'll see you out on the trails.

America heartwalk sounds pretty cool. I do a few things locally here for breast cancer and life kids. Its great to get invloved in your local community on walks and runs. Helps raise money and awareness for a great cause plus you get a workout. Not to mention all the great people i've been fortunate enough to meet. Best of luck to you and we are glad to have you aboard.
everyone please welcome our newest TT gym rat member #43 Aphrodite.
