Default Made myself a little sick but, man it was awesome

So I hit 217lbs and celebrated some eating and drinking and stuff. I hadn't lost any weight all week(big surprise ) so here it was sunday night and this weeks weigh in is wednesday and I was 218.5lbs. I had put on a lb and a half. So I set out to kill it like crazy for the next 3 workouts. Sunday was like 2hrs 30min monday was 2hr 45min and tuesday night(last night) was 3hrs even.

I burned 9,000calories over those 3 workouts and the weight was coming off. This morning's weigh in came no excuses no bs. I stepped on the scale and BAM 214lbs. woot woot. So I ended the week with a 3lb loss and made up for all that crap I ate and drank throughout the week.

-231lbs in just over 10 months and 14lbs from goal. Feels damn good. Now im gonna go soak my sore legs and ass in the tub for an hour. I'm in some pain.

Yes thanks for your post on my thread you are truly an inspiration to me with my challenges. Your posts have encouraged me to start walking even if it is just a little bit. Every little bit helps.. it doesn't have to be all or nothing here. Janie

No it doesn't have to be all or nothing. Everyone has to start somewhere as did I. You slowly increase you're workouts at a pace that keeps challenging you.

Yes Come on right now we will workout a exchange program. lol.

P.S. this morning I was officially 212lbs! Last nights workout as every one this week will prolly only be an hour or so and around 1300-1400ish cals but, it does the job.

I'm so close now im gonna hit the top half of my goal in prolly another week. Which is mind blowing for me
