Nice work 10 months out. I am down 25 in the first 2 weeks. When were you able to start working out hard again. I have been told about 6 weeks seems like a long time but whatever. Where you always heavy when was the last time you were 212 how does that feel? I can't even go back and remember 212 maybe 5th or 6th grade. Keep up the good work I will try and work hard to try strive to be so successful.

John, I swear you are crazy! You are an Ironman competition all by yourself! 212 lbs- you definitely deserve to crow!
=====
I want you to know too, that I think about you every time I go to the gym. First I think, "I came one more time!"
Next I think, "Even the small amount I'm doing is helping!"
Then I think, "Gee, I hope I don't go as crazy as John!"
Actually- I can think of worse things to happen- you're an inspiration.
Here's a confession- ready?
I'm starting to like it! I miss it when I don't do it! Oh no!

I was 3 weeks out down around 25lbs and starting doing 10-11 miles a week plus a hour of calstinicts everyday at 422lbs. Thanks for the kind words. Yeah the last time I was 212 I wasn't a 34" waist lol. This time around my body is much different.

You can do it dude. Especially if you used to be a athelete. Muscle memory is very effective. I started when I was still 422lbs....and if i can do it anyone can.
