I must be more of out shape than I realized, but my favorite exercise right now is the San Diego County TV (channel 19 in North County) Feelin' Fit Club that runs M-W-F at 1 pm. They do aerobic, weights, and balance exercises. I'm almost a month out of surgery, and this seem like my speed right now
