Default Went Kayaking yesterday!

It was the first time for me EVER. I had a BLAST! We went out on the Nashua River here in MA. We went 10 miles. It was so beautiful out there on the river and so much fun. I can't wait to go again. I had to learn quickly as the river was going very fast with extra "rapids" due to the flooding recently. I have blisters on both thumbs but I can't wait to go again!!!!!!
I had always wanted to try it before but was afraid I wouldn't fit in the dang boat.
Oh, and I saw a Beaver! It was so cool!!!

That sounds soooo fun. I want to do it, but I have not idea where I could do it around me.

This sounds like so much fun, Duckie! DH has always wanted a kayak. So far haven't had the money for it but my oldest daughter just bought one and so did her roommate. We are hoping we can talk them into letting us use them one day. We live near a nice quiet river so I wouldn't have to brave the rapids but it sounds like so much fun!

OMG Beth.. you HAVE to try it! I suggest having them teach you how to use them on a pond/lake first. lol I was panicked several times at first cuz I was learning while getting shot REALLY fast through stuff in the river. lol I can't wait to go again.
