Default Thank you, my gym rat friends!

I feel encouraged now. A couple times it crossed my mind that if I was only going to do 30 minutes, why do it at all? Glad I decided to stick with it, as it seems the general consensus it, do anything- but do it! And Lisa? You know, there is a parking lot at work, that if I park in the back, adds a 10 minute walk to my commute! Now that the nice weather is here, it all sounds more appealing, too!
