Default One month later and...

Hi Losers,

It's been one month since I've been going to Curves and this morning they took my measurements. This is how my body changed in one month:
  • 16.5 inches lost
    13.5 pounds lost
body fat percentage went down 2.1%
Yippeee!!! The lady taking my measurements kept saying, "this can't be"...Oh yes, it can...I had to buy 2 size smaller pants this month!!

She was probably saying "this can't be" because she may not be aware that you've had WLS.

Congrats on the loss and the going down of 2 pant sizes.... whoo hoo!!!!

*hugs*

Wow Miss Kitty that is great. Congrats. Does the lady at Curves know that you had surgery? Keep up the great work. Exercise is the key getting the weight off and keeping it off.

Oh yes, I did tell her I had WLS after she kept thinking she was measuring wrong! She told me several ladies that go there had it done. Their Magazine called "Diane" had a good article on WLS and exercise in their last issue. Three of the ladies that work there know I had surgery and are very supportive.

Hi Miss Kitty! Just had my WLS last Thursday, but am trying to figure where I want to exercise. There's a Curves near me -- you like it there?

Hi,

Yep, I loved Curves! What I love about it is there are all sorts of women that go there. There's obese women, fit women, old women, teenagers, etc. All sizes and shapes and fitness levels! Also, it's all planned out for you! You can work out as hard or light as you want. I always go in there knowing I'm gonna give it my all and I push myself to where I work up a good sweat. I also like the fact that once a month they will take your measurements, weight, body fat analysis, etc. and they put it in their computer program. They print out a page for you, so on paper you can really see how your body is changing! Good luck to you!
