Thumbs down I Suck

ok so I made a promise to a dear friend on here that we would hold each other accountable and report to one another of daily excercise..... (that was over a year ago) well ummm I uhhh umm geee I well it's like this.... I was doing great, was walking 4 miles a day sometimes twice a day and then I don't know what happened. I feel great when I work out, I think I even "glow" or something like that.... but I can't seem to get myself out of the rut I have found. I haven't worked out in months .... what is the deal, I have a membership to the local gym, but I am sooooo lazy anymore. Got any suggestions on getting motivated???? Like I said I really suck and sorry I haven't kept my word.

It takes 21 day to establish a routine...You are just going to have to force yourself back in....and you know how you will feel once you do it....spring is the best time to get back in there!

Best wishes...YOU can do it!

Yep, don't stress... just form a new habit (I'm really good at that, personally) and you will be alright... don't say you suck. You're human, you feel like you're in a rut, and you'll get yourself out of it when you feel like it.

Congrats on the great loss! Wowie kazowie!

Try putting it on your calendar at the beginning of the week until it is ingrained in you as a desire to go...
