Running Total of Miles So Far For The Fitness Challenge
I couldnt find where to post miles exercised to date so i thought i would start this and everyone could add theirs on, just like the running total for weight loss thread that was started...so here goes
total miles so far for me 50
now just add yours and lets keep on going, unless there is somewhere else i was to post this, then just let me know

My total so far: 37.5 (I"ll add on here from now on! I'll work on the route for the miles we are travelling next week when I get home. I'm in sunny FL right now. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! lol)

Getting on the band wagon here
I'll start with what I did today - try to keep up with it.
117.5 + 5= 122.5
That is 5 miles on the eliptical - 700 calories - beats me up I tell you.
