Today I walked 3 1/2 miles and did 20 laps in the pool. FELT GREAT!!

Oooooh... pool.... Can't wait until we can afford to join a pool again. I miss swimming laps.

I've got monday off and I think I'm gonna try and work up the nerve to get in the pool at the Y. I've still got a lot of issues with that and am super nervous but I'm gonna TRY

lol Thanks carrie! I walked FOUR miles today and did 20 laps in the pool. I'm an exercising machine. lol I'm hoping to get my back whipped into shape!
Oh and Ron, YOU CAN DO IT!!! You are doing something good for yourself. Don't bother what anyone else thinks, or more likely: what YOU think others are thinking (and they really aren't)!
