Okie dokie, I joined a gym...sort of.

Advantages:
1. Free personal training session
2. $5 for the month to try it
3. Spinning studio & water aerobics
4. Exactly 1/2 way between work and home
5. Roman chair (THANKS GINA - btw, for the ab workout - now I can do that part!!!)

Cost if I decide to keep it: $41/month - not bad?

I really want to make this work. I've said that I'm going to go after work and first thing on weekends. Just do it. Yup, I've become a Nike motto. But I really want to get this whole strength thing up, and I think it's going to help with my stress. I just want to prove that I'm going to do this before I pull the trigger and make the whole member committment.

Amanda I am sure you will like Bally's. I loved it when i use to go there back in the day. I think I loved the fact that there was an area that the woman could work out at and no worry about who is watching you. Give it your all girlfriend. Working out and make such a big difference in how you feel everyday. 28 pounds, HUH.. that will be gone in no time.
