Don't beat yourself up, John. It's okay to cheat once in awhile. Just don't let it become too much of a habit and don't let it throw you into an "all or nothing" spiral. You're human and it's important to be kind to yourself.
Now pick those barbells back up!

Wait you were taking a 2 week break from the workouts and you cheated by working out right?
Well if that is the type of cheating you are doing... you should be ashamed of yourself!!

John are you serious? You are not giving your self the credit that is due. What counts is that you are back on track. Wow I am scared to admit the last time I even worked out. I talk my long walks but I haven't pounded the gym like I use to.

I think having a baby will count as working out dear. And lift two three, and change two three, and nurse two three and rock two three...It never ends!

couldn't agree more.
And yeah I was taking a 14 day stint from all stress workouts. I made 10 days. But, damn ya know I want the weight off. I change up my program all the time to keep shocking my body and the weight to come off and I thought I wouldn't go flat on weight loss in just 14 days but, I did. I went flat after 10.
So hence the workouts being kicked back up again. Although I lost 6lbs in those 10 days. I can't complain.

Chris says it's best to take only a three day break, it will help increase muscle size. I dunno... just what he said! I think it's kind of funny you even trying to stop at all for any amount of time... the endorphines your body releases while you exercise is like your crack... lol Love ya!!

Your cheating is still more activity than my normal!!
I was trying to be more active and then hurt my leg bowling . . . yes, BOWLING! I couldn't believe it!
I went walking today during lunch though and all was okay.
At least you are back on program . . . you are a work out animal!
