You work so hard girl......you deserve everything thats coming to you. I bet you're hubby just can't believe it.

No I don't work for chase I work for Countrywide. How'd the refi go? where you with them before or did you get outta another loan from a different company?
No, I had Wells Fargo but when DH lost his job they wouldn't do a refi which was really stupid, with the amount of equity in the property. I just needed to restructure the loan into smaller payments as obvioulsy we had lost 1/3 of our income. Ah well - looks like chase came through. Once again, they are no heros, there is plenty of equity in that house! But I digress.

Just back from the gym - only did 40 minutes of cardio - is that like a day off? DH had to leave early for a Long Island Trip. So I'm alone with the kidos all day (no school, president's day) and so far all I'm doing is typing and dancing with Dora Videos. Who could resist those little green eyes, "Mommy - dance with me!!"

Wells Fargo is purely awful - when we were trying to get out from under the house in Texas, they would do NOTHING to help. We were trying to get their freaking loan paid off in full, and they were bloody horrible.

Hoping to be rid of them as of March 1. Really - with over $250K equity in the house after the loan, what were they worried about??
