Posture
You know - I have to really make an effort to get my posture really upright. I always seem to be slouching - most noticably in my neck. I'm so short - I don't need to slouch!
Anyone have this and fix it? Any ideas? Maybe I need to see a chiropracter or do some Alexander technique. Or maybe I should just remember to sit up?
hmmmmm....

The worst
i have the worst posture since losing weight. It's pretty much the only thing my mom criticizes me about...... I notice it alot in pictures.
I try and remember to sit/stand with my chest pointed up! Thats how a physical therapist told me to do it, to straighten up! If you find a fix, let a girl know!

two words Gina
Exercise Ball
they say if you use one while sitting anytime anywhere (except driving probably) it is to help your posture, i am going to get one tonight. my personal trainer recommended i get one for work, but i told her not likely as my boss would probably kick it out from under me just to see if i have good balance, and i dont, i can walk without tripping over my own feet...so i plan to use the ball while at home, watching tv, having dinner, on the pc, and helping kids with homework. ...that is the plan anyway, will let you know how it goes

Ok.. Dumb blonde question coming.. Do you SIT on said ball? I am having visions of me sitting on something that rolls. Not a pretty vision I may add. but I am dying to know if this works... I have horrible posture.

I have an exercise ball and it actually is very good for not only your posture, but maintaining your balance while sitting on it causes you to constantly work your abdominal, back and leg muscles so you get little mini workouts while sitting.
The only problem I have sitting on it for long periods is it causes my hips to hurt kinda like riding a horse for too long (Don't even go there you pervs and yes, I'm talking to Trina, Duckie and JenBear!!).
