I did it!!!
Yes, I have finally joined the gym and went for my induction tonight! It was awesome and I absolutely loved it! And it didn't feel nearly as embarassed as I thought I would.
Can't wait to get really stuck in and give this weight loss a bit of a kick up the backside!
And I'm down another 3lbs this week - maybe I will make 199 by the 2nd of March after all!!!

Working out is a beautiful thing and such a great feeling. I often dream of getting back in the gym and riding that bike until my butt gets num . Congrats on the membership.

You will love the gym! I just joined Gold's Gym in January. I'm very happy I did! I take water exercise a few times a week, and do the treadmill on the other nights. I take a day off here and there too! I'm not going to be doing any bikini modeling any time soon...but I feel healthy, and am trying to tone up what I can as I'm losing! Enjoy your gym time and keep us posted!

Congrats on joining the gym.
I belonged to one when I lived in Oregon (long story). I just used it to go swimming. I was swimming 1-1/2 miles 6 days a week. I would also do water aerobics 3 days a week. I loved it and I miss it! I need to get back to doing it again. *sigh*
