Oh, um, well, ya see, my update isn't much of one.
I've only worked out twice in the past two weeks. Life has been crazy busy and I just haven't been able to get to the gym. I was just saying last night that I HAVE to get back at it! Ugh! I'm just so busy right now I have no time, but I have got to make time.

I finally made it to the gym on Sunday! I did 45 minutes of cardio consisting of 15 minutes on the elliptical, 10 on the recumbent bike, 10 on the upright bike, and 10 on the treadmill. I get bored too easily! I sometimes make it up to 20 minutes on one of the bikes, but I get bored and usually end up stopping. Even if I listen to music I still get bored. I don't know what to do to stop this from happening. I'm pushing myself to do 45 minutes, but if I weren't so bored I think I could go an hour, which is ultimately my goal.

I did all weights since it had been so long since I worked out and it felt great! I don't get bored doing the weights, I could go on them for hours. I usually finish my cardio and look at the clock, then when I finish my weights I look at the clock again and am usually like dang, it's been that long? LOL! Seriously, I wish I know how to beat the boredom on the cardio because I know I need that in addition to the weights. Any suggestions?

Oh, didn't get to the gym Monday and won't make it tonight :-( I have to finish my taxes tonight (yeah, I know. procrastinator.) I haven't had power since Sunday at 9:45, so I've been dealing with that at home. We slept at my mom's last night and we might be there again tonight if it's not back on. I won't get to the gym Wednesday, either, because I have to work late then I have a family thing that I have to go to. Thursday, I am DEFINITELY going to the gym!

Ugh! The exercise Gods just do not like me! The last time I made it to the gym was the last time I posted here. Since Wednesday, I have had a mean case of cellulitis on my right leg. It hurts to even stand up and I'm supposed to stay off of it and keep it elevated. So frustrating!
