Okay, I was VERY limited in what I could do tonight. For some reason, the gym was packed! I only did a total of 30 minutes cardio, 20 on the recumbent bike and 10 on the elliptical. I usually do the elliptical first, but there wasn't one available so I couldn't do more than 10. Oh, well! I didn't get there until 5:15 and had a meeting to be at by 6:30. I did my 30 and then did arms and abs. Had to wait for every machine I wanted to use. Very frustrating! I need to continue going later. No wait for machines at my usual 9:00 workout time! Oh, well! I won't be going Friday because we have our fantasy baseball draft and that starts at 6 and will probably last until at least midnight. Saturday and Sunday will be tough but I will try my best to make it one of those days!

I realize I am totally rambling on here, but it helps me to be accountable to myself if I keep posting when I workout and when I don't. If nobody else reads this, that is fine by me! I just need my journal of accountability.

Cool! Thanks for reading these, guys. Makes me feel like I'm not talking to myself!

I didn't work out Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I gotta figure out something to do on the weekends! That is my worst part of the week as far as my exercise routine goes.

Tonight, 3/26: 40 minutes cardio - 15 min elliptical, 15 min upright bike, and 10 min recumbent bike. 30 minutes upper body and abs.

Now, I need to go to bed but I've got so much adreneline that I don't want to go to bed! That's a good thing compared to how I've been in the past.

lol Yes, we read them! I haven't been to the gym since friday and probably won't get there at all this week, between work schedule and a wake/funeral. Sometimes, you just CAN"T go!
You are doing a great job hon. KEEP UP THE HARD WORK!

Thanks, Duckie! I'm not going to be able to go today so I'm glad I had a good workout last night. If I would have thought about it, I would have went ahead and worked out my lower body, too. Oh, well! I'll have to get another good one on Wednesday! We're going out of town this weekend and the hotel advertises that they have a gym, but you never know what that's going to consist of! Last hotel I stayed at, the treadmill didn't work and I was over the weight limit for the elliptical so it was 30 minutes on the bike and I was done! I can't do 45 on the same piece of equipment, just too boring for me! Why does life have to happen so often? I'm starting to really enjoy my workouts! Okay, I'm enjoying the weight training. I hate the cardio but I do it because I know I must!
