Default Hello - is anyone there??

I am calling across the miles to the powers that be. Is this thing on??

About the exercise section - if you look at the General Discussions thread - Exercise Challenge, Week one - you can see - we really do need a place to talk about this.

Exercise is an important part of this lifestyle change (not that I'm telling you anything) and I think some of us have felt like fish out of water. We need to a space to about it!! It may encourage others to adopt new habits!

Thank you!!

I think its just a unfortunte matter of there is really only one mod on this board and he isint around often. The true admin(the person who can create the new section) is the main doctor i guess. Im sure he is never on here.

So we will just have to wait until his son see's this and reports it to his dad. I hate sitting and waiting. That other thread I started was over a week ago. I wish we had more moderators on here to see this stuff

I think an exercise forum is a great idea. Did anyone try PMing John directly? He has always been very responsive to the needs of the board. He must be very busy.

im sure he will catch it. When it does I don't see there being a problem in creating a exercise section.

all will workout. Until then we have gina's weekly threads to go by.
