Default exercise section

I can't believe no one has put one up yet. We really need one. A place to share workout routine idea's, new supplements. Arange walks and GTG's.

This is a must in my eyes. I just got back from a killer workout and I have no where to talk about it

I keep a workout diary as im sure others do. It just stinks we have a section for everything but, workouts and excercise.

I know im not the only one about fitness and exercise on here. What do you guys think?

I love my workouts, and would love to have this section!! My doc wants me to be a part of his education seminars to talk about the importance of excercise bacause he says I have shrunken up nicely - to the point that only 5-7 pounds of skin will need to be taken off in March when I have my TT

Default You know I'm there

Also might be good for encouraging folks to do the exercise we all know we should.

You must have SOME place to talk about it.. because I know you had a 2 hour workout.. 8.5 miles of goodness.. I think most people put workout stuff in the general section.. When I have searched for it, there and post op are hits.. I think excersize section is a good idea... mostly because at my stage.. hearing about 2 hour workouts makes me feel like a lump lol..

I think it would be great to have one to bounce idea's off of each other.

And for those who don't workout on a regular basis shame on them

It really helps with everything skin/weight loss/muscle tone/energy/ect.

But, the biggest benefit and you can't be on a diet forever. And eventually im gonna wanna eat pizza. And the workouts are how I keep trim and inshape after weight loss and after I go back to eating foods I don't eat now. Due to cabs or fat grams or even sodium.

You can't live on a diet forever and the ones who do end up putting back on the weight. You gotta eat that desert sometimes. You just gotta have you're body and workouts in check when you do it.

i had my first appt with my trainer, got an upper body plan today, tomorrow will be lower body, doing weights now, then cardio once i get the weights figured out, have a plan to go mon-friday at 2pm, i am a schedule person, if i do it like its an appt, i will continue to go, if i leave it to chance, well you know, fat chance on me going, so i am being very matter of fact on this and just going to do it

so now my challenge is out to Cindy, if i can do this girl, so can you!!! i will have to go post this challenge somewhere else, cuz im guessing if Cindy hates exercising as much as she has said, then i dont suppose she'd be reading this post much either.......remember cindy if you do read this.....I LOVE YOU!!

simply outstanding news! I couldn't be happier for you as you and I are in the very same boat.

I say lets post a exervise challenge in the general section. Lets set something realistic to try and encourage others to join us with our workouts.

I'm totally rooting for you girl. You are gonna be smoking for sure. Check my latest thread in the general section. I hit a workout milestone myself last sunday. woot woot.

Im soo happy for you!
