okay this is awesome. My goals have already been posted in my thread going int the general section.

my goals are 10+ thousand calories burned this week with weightloss 10lbs or more. I've done 25 miles so far this week. I would like to hit 40 miles or more.

so there are my goals for this week.

im thinking we should keep everything in one thread to get intrest(this thread is fine cause it will show the admin's we are serious about wanting this new section)

then when the section is up. We can post our weekly goals in threads there. and maybe even in sigs for long term ones. ect.

tons of ways we can spin this.

Default Jen!

Listen, when I first started exercising it was baddddd. I couldn't do a half mile without needing 45 minutes to recover. I started building up and by surgery I was doing 3 miles a day with some arm weights and stuff.

You start and then you keep challenging your self. These guys didn't start out where they are. You can do this. I'm proud of you for starting a plan ahead of time.

exactly that first mile is always the hardest. I've been training for 6 straight months.

Default help

This is definately where I need help! The only exercise I get is a 15 minute walk once or twice a day at work.
I HAVE no energy or motivation! I have a treadmill and a free weight machine sitting in the middle of my Living room but I can't seem to get the time or energy to get on it.
What is wrong with me????????????

Default Just do it!

okay make yourself a deal, put it in a journal. At the end of the day did you set aside time to work out and be healthy. MY goodness with all that you can watch House while working out. Sometimes I put on some oldies but goodies and just "dance" as I clean. Ya know do knee lifts, ham string curls, squats and shake your bootie is my kids favorite. Now if you want to feel those abs walk forward and back 8 steps like a penguin do not bend your legs lift with your hips and abs. Wow that feels good. When you start sculpting and seeing results its addictive. As that weight continues to drop your gonna want to see muscle under all that. Trust ME!
