You know it is so much easier the earlier post op you are... as you get farther out and are able to tolerate things better, consume more things get scary.... I just tyr to remember YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! I dont want to be afatty anymore, so I am more concious about what goes into my mouth (most of the time).

You should print the artice for your friends or bring them to group with you, support is essential with making the right choices and being held accountable by your peers... it really does get folks on track... bring em next meeting! im sure they are gonna love it, like we all do and appreciate you for bringing them.. in the beginning they will be apprehensive or make an exscuse... but they will be so glad they came if you can get them there!
