Default No more Lane Bryant or Torrid

Hello everyone,
I just had to share....again. I went to the mall today and was so happy to know that I could actually shop in "normal sized" clothing stores. It was so exciting to be able to pass right by Lane Bryant and Torrid. I actually had XL clothes from the regular sized store in my hands and my daughter had to exchange them out for Larges and with some shirts Medium. This is so amazing. I haven't felt this good in a long time.....so thrilled!

Thumbs up Amen sister!

It does feel FANATSTIC! Bye big lady stores...... but hey, remember they still carry awesome sunglasses and accesories It would be nice to go in there and walk out with a tiny bag vs all the years going in there and walking out with a gigantic bag with one pair of jeans it... that was my experience anyway! Way to go Dale... hooray!

Thumbs up Isn't it the best, Dale?!

Renee and I went on our monthly shopping spree last weekend, and she's always encouraging me to try on sizes smaller than what I think I can wear. So, she hands me the size 14 pants, and I look at her like she's nuts, but don't want to fight over it, so I take them into the room. Guess what? The little bastards fit! They were a little too snug for my comfort, so I bought the 16's. Well, today I put on one of the pairs of size 16 pants that I thought were perfect last weekend, and they're already baggy!!!

What the heck, one more cool clothes-shopping story :

My little sister has never had a weight problem. She's about a 6 on top and an 8 on bottom. Well, every time we go shopping together, she comes to my stores, checks out what I try on, then I go to her stores and do the same. This past weekend, she and I decided to go to the mall, and we ended up in Forever 21 together - you know, the store that sells doll-sized clothes? Usually, I buy jewelry and purses in this store while she buys clothes, but I decided, "What the heck?!" and picked up a few shirts to try on.... they fit! As we were leaving the store with our purchases, she put her arm around me, and said, "It's so cool to finally be able to shop with you."

Default Forever 21

Yep Barbara, we are part of the Forever 21 Club. I like the way that sounds and yes the clothes in that store are teeny tiny. Isn't life wonderful now?
