Question Question of the week 9/20/2004

Sorry for lagging about posting question of the week, here you go... by the way there are only 98 more shopping days til Christmas!

If you could do anything you want to tomorrow, what would it be?

What Sawyer would call me on LOST: ladybug

"People will argue with you that getting what you want in life isn’t something you can learn, if you’re destined to be one of the worlds winners as opposed to one of its perpetual whiners, its because you have been born with the right talents and temperament and have a big dose of self-esteem, ambition, and good judgment." Unhappy Fly.....

Just as quickly as I could, to go see Jeffrey, my son, in Florida..... I haven't seen him in
4½ years.....he's been through a lot of hard times the past two years, his dad passed away 2 years ago, he's been through hurricanes Charley and Frances and he won't come out here, he hates flying and I haven't been able to get there due to health problems, now my health is SO much better already, I'd go in a heart beat...
BUT, what he doesn't know is, that, next April, for his 30th birthday, I'm going to surprise him and fly back!!
Mom will be incognito in a newer body!!!

Lightbulb What would I do?

I would get on a plane too, with my kids and fly to see my 96 year old Grandma and 96 year old Grandpa in Burlington, IA. They are still independant, living at home and doing okay for themselves. Grandpa still drives, but shouldn't.

It would probably take them awhile before they remembered who we were.

Me? I would call everyone I know and tell them how much I love them, cause you can never tell them enough. And I would win the lotto. <grin>

Smile So many things..

There are so many things I can think of which would top my list.. Bridget these are hard, I can never think of just one.. so here's my list.. lol

1. Get married and start my new life already.. (Wedding planning is nerve wracking stuff)
2. Fly to PA to see my sister.. she just had her gallbladder removed today.
3. Skydive
4. Go to North Carolina to visit my Grandma
5. Start a new job where I had benefits..

I agree with Christina I can't just pick one. There a few on my list that are all ranked number one.

Fly and see my Grandma in Ky
Skydive
Bungee Jump
Take all the fun little risks I can because I only live once

Cool Oh, ALL the things we'd do tomorrow??

There's not enough space......
But, my child comes first, that's how it should be, doesn't matter how old they get, your children, at some point have to take precidence.... at this point in my life, nothing else matters besides John and Jeffrey, and they're told daily, in one form or another how much they're loved.... whether it be in word or action, they both know, as does, I believe my family and my friends, if they don't, they're not listening.....
dad gum it......
Christina, you promised to bring me Kleenex to keep by the computer, and you didn't, now here I am, crying again!!! :~
and just in case you're not all listening~~~ I LOVE YOU!!!!! sniff
