I go to water aerobics. It's a 50 minute class and if the instructor is a good one....you will come out of there red faced! I love it. When we were in the shallow end sometimes they have you jumping around, running etc. My first class I laughed like crazy because I could feel my lower stomach flopping up and down under water. I told my friend that I was afraid I would start a tsunami!!!
I have slacked off for the past couple months due to work being hectic and I can feel it in my arms. The water really tones things up. The fun part is that your working your butt off, but it doesn't feel like it until you're done. I'm starting back today, can't wait! I couldn't do jazzercise becuase I think I'd have a heart attack!
