I've got nothing to add to the excellent advice already given but I can send you a great big cyber hug

You stick with us sweetheart - come here every day and post what's happening with you - what you've eaten, what exercise you did, how you're feeling etc. etc.

Being part of a community like this, with all the support is has to offer is essential for you right now.

Trust me - there are people here who've been there, done that, got the leggings and are bucking for the t-shirt.

I am so sorry you felt that are not worthy to come here and talk to others.

YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!!!

Please come back to your WLS office, go to the support group as often as you can. Also please-please-please see psychiatrist!

And PLEASE stay with is here, post when you feel bad or good.

No judgment, no blaming, only support!!
