Sweetie chili and yogurt are both thin foods that slide right thru you. I know it's hard and it hurts and it's not fun and you don't want to but you're 2 months out now. You gotta throw some turkey and eggs and chicken and crab etc in there. You have to use this time to teach yourself how to eat or you're gonna continue to struggle. Your pouch is a muscle and you have to train that muscle now. *hugs* Best of luck to you. I hope you'll try!
