Angry My mother...lack of support

You know the toughest thing about this is I should have never told my mother what I was doing. She is so unsupportative, not like it would surprise me...she never agrees with anything I do.

Sorry guys...I just had to rant for a minute.

No worries. Some of us have ranted far longer. And it's tough when the person whose support you most need isn't there for you.

Lean on us.

Honestly? This isn't much of a rant. Feel free to rant on if you need to.

Don't worry about what others have to say, because I truly believe that most are jealous!!!

My mom just today looked me dead in the face and said "Oh you won't lose any weight because of all the stuff you eat" I said what stuff I'm barely eating anything!! She saw a Tacobell cup and assumed I pigged out on it!! I got a cup of ice when I bought my kids some tacos a few days ago!!!

My mom really wanted the surgery, but she's afraid and she takes it out on me every chance she gets!!!!

Mine doesn't talk to me at all.

Right there with you in the non-supportive mothers club.

Sorry, and (hugs).

Default My Mother

Now that I am losing weight, my mother just loves me now, always hated me when I was fat, and sure made me know it too.

Now she call's me pretty, not her plumpgirl. Go Figure!

WOW...so it isn't just me!

I called her and asked her to check her messages at lunch because I was going to have my husband call her and let her know how I did through surgery. She said, oh no, you are really doing it. This is so ridiculous, you and I just don't think a like...blah blah blah. I just shut down. I never do anything to her approval. I guess being the child from the first marriage still holds a lot of resentment for her.

I sware I was switched at birth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Default My Mother

I've always told everyone I was adopted, my mother always was hard on me and treated me so different than her son's.. Last time I got smacked!

Thinks the Apple must have come far from her "Tree"...

But Now I have a daughter, and I always tell her I love you. and always makes sure she knows she is Loved...
