Man, where were you when I needed to hear this? lol
Honestly this is really excellent advice and a realistic way to eat. Denial drives a food addict crazy, this food addict anyway. I'm still getting my chocolate fix by adding sugar free chocolate syrup to my milk, oooh it's good! But if I feel like I can't have something ever again, I go nuts and binge. Then I feel horrid afterwards. I binged on the wonderful roast meal my husband made last night and felt so sluggish and stretched inside that I fell asleep on the couch after dinner. I can't say why I binged, I wasn't that hungry, but it was the "last solid meal" I'll have for quite some time.
Thanks to all of you for being here and sharing your stories.

After that 6 months you will only have about a month before your surgery probably and in that last month you need to be as perfect as you can be to be sure your liver is healthy enough to do well with the surgery.
This is coming from experience by the way I lost 80 lbs with this method. An angel Mon - Sat and then let myself be a bit free on Sunday (having a candybar (instead of a yogurt) or a frozen pizza (instead of veg/meat/rice).. not on top of my planned meals, but planned in there ya know?)
