Sex begins at breakfast. Not the actual act, but the connection with your spouse.
And one more thing - I, too, have an emotionally disconnected husband in many ways. Interstingly (to me), I found that when I was cheerful and pleasant, and did what I enjoyed (when he declined my invitation to join me), I went anyway and had fun. My current square dancing activities come to mind.
Marriage is difficult, relationships are complex. Try to find that middle ground.
