Wow...I pop in and out every few months and am sad to return and see that so many good, kind and supportive people are having such a rough time.

awww Nancy, you are sweet. Thank you for your thoughts. It does seem that a few of us are really struggling right now. Personally I'm kind of tired of not feeling well. But hey, I just need to take it as it comes and keep putting one foot in front of the other. WLS is still the best decision I ever made for myself.

Hey kids...
My every so often visit is here again.
I am doing ok. I think. Still struggling with sobriety. Not winning, but FAR from losing that battle. I am at least in control of the decision to drink or not.
Thanks everyone. You really are blessings. Each and ever one of you who've taken the time out of your lives to help and support us here. I know that some folks have taken issue with the tone here, but I have always found love and support. When I do feel a negative presence, I try to avoid that influence. Or at least I try! I am a bit confrontational, but try to keep it to a minimum.
Maybe I should come back more often. I do miss a lot of ya'll....
