Default Got a surgery date

So I was called on friday and told that another doctor in my clinic had a cancellation and that I can get my gastric by-pass July 3. Of course it is faster then I thought and I am running around wondering what all I have to do.
So far I have:

bought a digital food scale
bought Garth Davis's The Expert Gude to Weight Loss Surgery
Looking at Bariatric advantage.com for vitamins. So far I think I will order the Chewable calcium, sublingual B12, chewable Iron, chewable multivitamin and maybe 25 protein shakes.

Just wondering what else I need to do to prep for surgery. Hoping some of the you could help me figure out what else I have to do.

Thanks so much

Looks to me like you are right on track. If your surgeon doesn't provide you with pretty detailed post op instructions, look on here for them.
That'll be some fireworks for you on the 4th! It's called "demerol!" LOL
Good luck and keep us posted!
