Default what? im waiting to be done waiting? impossible...

Update:

I was approved for surgery last month but the doctor wouldnt schedule my surgery until my white blood cells were within normal range. So ive spent hundreds of dollars on random tests and procedures to figure out why my wbc is high. finally after wasting lots of time my pcp referred me to a blood disease and cancer specialist who performed a blood marrow biopsy on me. It was one of the worst experiences i have ever had in my life! He doesnt think there is anything wrong with me though- which is good, GREAT actually! he says this test will confirm that i am just not like everyone else. So when he gets back from vacation( how could he go on vacation the day i get my results?) i should be able to call the surgeons office and finally get a date. Cant wait

What a bummer! Don't you hate waiting on Dr's. VERY frustrating - all will be well though :-) Make sure you post an update when you hear

Please, I need some encouragement. I had my surgery on June 2nd 2009, I gained water weight in the hospital but did lose it. The first week I've lost a total of 9lbs. This whole last week I've lost nothing and on different days gained a pound. People drop 30lbs the first month I've lost 9 so far. I'm so discouraged because it takes so much effort with eating and my diabetes has also not improved yet. I feel like I'm failing and I'll always be fat. I feel like everyone else gets to lose weight what's my body's problem.

Good to hear at least you're ready to get a date finally! I wonder why they couldn't see if you had leukemia from a blood panel, I guess it would depend on type. (My mom has CML and they could tell from a blood test, they just did a bone marrow biopsy 5 months post-diagnosis)

I feel like im getting to that scarred part where I am having second thoughts. I dont want to do that!
