Please circle November 18 on your calendars! That Tuesday is the Monthly Central San Diego Support meeting at Michelle 'new knee' and Donna's. We meet from 6:30 until we have to go back to our lives.... We all bring a dish to pass so we can eat while we process our month, day, week, whatever needs processing!

This month we are making a nice beef and veggie soup that has beans (legumie type beans) and other goodferya stuff.

If you need any directions or my phone number or would like to tell me that you're coming (that would be so cool!), just pm me. For those with fresh ones (babies, that is), know that we will happily hold as many babies as possible.
