Dale

Wow, what size do you wear? I have read that it takes a few months to get to your final results. Does that mean you're going to get even skinnier? Awesome! I can't wait to be in your shoes! Hey, my PS date is on your re-birthday!

I wear a size 5 and 7 in Juniors.....I have very fat calves, so it is hard for me to get pants to fit right. I am looking into getting a calfectomy. 16 inches around is what my calves measure....pretty sad because the rest of my body is small and I am only 5'2"

Marie~ Cool day for your PS surgery...are you still going with Dr. Nigro? He is great!

Yep, he's my man! Interesting how are bodies are shaped. I'm an inch taller and I wear a 3 in juniors (just found that out) and a 4 in ladies. It's hard to find the right pant size that doesn't have a waist that goes up to my bust line.

There's a commercial that was out a few months ago. It showed a woman who stashed things under her bed, in the attic, when her husband commented on her pretty new dress, she said "This old thing??" as she was trying to pull off the tag. That's me! I always shop! When people ask me if I work I always reply "No, my job is to shop and look cute!" When I go shopping with my best friend, if my husband is home when I return, I leave everything in her car and get it the next day! I'm really bad, and I know it. The biggest problem, or blessing maybe, is we don't use credit cards.... ever! I have one that stays in the safe at home for emergencies only. You'd think that would stop my spending, but it doesn't! By the time Friday comes, I'm always stressing over the small things, because I've spent everything! I hate that feeling, but can't seem to stop myself. If it only gets worse after WLS, I don't know what I'll do! How is it that my father... NEVER had this problem? Is it because he's a male? Or maybe from a different generation? I wish I was more like him. So does my husband!

I like to shop for clothes now too, but because i am going through sizes so quickly and I can't afford to buy all new stuff every two weeks I have come up with a solution. Consignment stores, thift stores, and yard sales. yesterday, I got a Tommy Hilfiger dress for $4 and a pair of Hilfiger shorts for $2, a nine west bag with the tag still on it for $2 (it was $49.99), and a darling pair of sandals that might have been worn once for $1.50. Sometimes you go and don't find anything and other times you go and find a ton of stuff. it's more fun than going to the mall because it's the hunt for good stuff in your size at a good price that makes it interesting.

I am a thrift store junky. I love them so much. I haven't done too many consignments, mostly because of the limited plus sizes. But now that really isn't the problem. Hi ho Hi ho it's off to shop I go hi ho hi ho hi ho
