Default Could use some prayers

Hi all,
Sorry I have'nt been around for a while. Been in Idaho. Left on Monday after hearing my father in law's Leukemia took a turn for the worse. By the time we got there he had passed. This is a really hard time for my husband. I sure would love it if those who are believers could include Rob in their prayers.
Rob only saw him after he had been gone for a day and he looked really bad. It was quite traumatic for him.

I know this is personal, but I have found that this forum is more of a support than anything I've ever been a part of.

My wls has made me a new person and I was surprised that with all this stress I have not turned to food.

I am so grateful to you all.

Thanks for listening.

PS sorry about missing the Friday the 13th party!!! Marie and Jena, did you all have fun??

Rain

Rain,
Our prayers are with you and your husband. Remember the poem, "Footprints in the Sand" - when you don't see 2 sets of prints, it's when God is caring you in His arms.

I'm truly sorry for your loss. I know there are no magic words to make times like this any easier, but like you said, this forum is full of wonderful, caring people and I'm sure everyone will have your family in our thoughts, prayers, and well wishes.

Rain,

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how difficult it is to lose a parent. We'll definitely keep you and Rob in our thoughts.

We thought of you all night figuring something must of happened when we didn't hear from you. You're in our prayers.

We did have a load of fun on Friday. When you're up for it, we'll have to try again.
