If I were you'd I'd do everything in my power to fight your insurance company and not rebuild that house. I am so sorry for your loss. What has this world come to?

Thank you all for your support and words of encouragement - I do love my 'virtual' family.

Unfortunately in the UK you are not given the option of whether to rebuild or not - you just have to. I have fought and fought on that point but to no avail.

I have just been with the crime scene investigators this afternoon and unfortunately they couldn't lift any prints so again we are at a dead end.

It saddens and angers me that there are such sick people in the world. I am a good person - help others where I can - work hard - give to charity every month but in return I just get grief - it is incomprehensible.

We have made the call to still go on our holiday tomorrow - we so desperately need it and what will be will be - there really isn't that much more damage that can be done.

I am so sorry to hear about the jerks who are making a bod situation worse. I am glad that you are going on your holiday - seems like it might take the stress away for awhile.
