I had to hop on the drs scale Friday which showed a 2 lb weightloss since last Monday's weigh in. It's a good thing I had that drs appointment cause my own scale broke and then DH took it apart trying to fix it and made it worse. Plus Aunt Flo came to visit on Sunday! At least I got to record something for a weightloss, but I'm not happy about having to part with my scale. Although, it's been going very well thanks to the scale whores who gave me strength to redefine my relationship with my scale.

Smile Hi Guys

Congratulations everyone on all your weight loss.
Just thought i would join in, as im sure some of you know since i got my surgery date i have piled on 13lbs in one month so i was desperate to loss some weight before surgery (even though my surgeon dosn't want me to do a pre-op diet)as my clothes were sooo tight and i wanted to be comfortable for travelling to Belgium for my surgery.
Anyway i started slimfast last week and am very glad to say i am down 4lbs feeling incontrol again....long may it last!!!!!
Luv Noonie X
