Default Hi everyone
How about a new member? I am stalled at 175 for about a month now, and I am hopeing that being in the group will help me get started on losing weight. I know I need to excerise more than just cleaning house and taking care of a hubby and 4 kids, but man I just dont find the time or the energy.

Dawn holy moses! Girl you are doing wonderful time to change that signature! I'd say that 4 kids and a hubby is excersize but your right its time now to take on that awful E word
