I suspect these last 25 will come off extremely slow. I go to the doc this friday and I am sure that is what he will tell me too.

I was down a couple 1kg this past week and now I am 1 (one) pound from my goal.

well i cheated and found the scale my oldest daughter hid and I'm down 4 pounds to 216!!! wooohooo (so since friday i droped those 4 pounds) i didnt think that scale was right on friday
