Default Update On Me.

Well to start this thing off I am officially down 100 LBS!!!!! I am so excited and proud to be down to this weight. Now for the even better news. I feel like me again. I finally feel that I have found myself again. As some of you know I was having issues and I am feeling much better. I went to my local doctor in ND and he prescribed an anti-depressant/sleep aid. My sleep schedule is finally righted and the anti-depressants are working. I am also seeing a counselor and getting help. He has me doing quite a bit of things but the main thing he wants me doing is improving my self-image rather then living in this self-hate that I have been for a long time. I finally see light at the end of the tunnel. I wanted to also take this time to say thanks to all my friends and family on here that helped me through my rough time. Paul, and Mike especially for putting up with my phone calls and e-mails. But also shout-outs to Blair, and Toony and everyone else for the kind words and words of wisdom. I cherish them and value them greatly. Everytime I jump on here and see the kind words not posted to just me but to the new comers and everyone else it brings a tear to my eye to know that people do care and are willing to help. That is all that I can think of for right now so I bid you all a good day and a Happy Easter!!
