Thanks everyone, I guess I just need some patience. So based on what I have heard I am:

1. Ditching the scale, at least for the next 3 days! I have asked Mike to hide it, I have no will power when it's sitting there. heheh

2. Starting to use fitday.com to enter my foords. WOW, I found that over 50% of my diet right now is FAT. That was a shocker to me. I am hoping that since I can start raw veggies and salads tomorrow that this will get better. I will make SURE it gets better.

3. Going to concentrate on "inches lost" for a bit.

4. Going to get a sheepskin seat cover for my bike... OUCH! Who would have thought it could hurt so much? Maybe I am losing some of that padding, eh?

5. Hit the gym...(sigh) Kicking and screaming, but at least twice a week.

Ok, that is enough goals for now. Thanks again everyone!

Emmy,

Sounds like you are doing great!!

I am a spurt loser also. 4 or 5 pounds then nothing for a week or 2. But it does keep going down, and so will you.

Remember if your excersizing: that muscle weighs more than fat.
