You know what I noticed, Paul? You eat dairy at almost every meal: cheese, yogurt, etc. Many, many people develope a certain amount of lactose intolerance after GBS; I know I did! Gas-X strips help. I've also noticed that if I eat non-dairy protein first, then the dairy, it seems to help. Maybe it slows the absorption of the lactose so it doesn't hit me all at once and cause problems. I love, LOVE cheese- but I need to be careful. I had some lovely ravioli the other night w/mozzerella and sun-dried tomatoes. I forgot to take my Gas-x... (Pity my poor husband- and me a new bride! )
