So sorry to hear about that moment of panic and feeling so terrible, that was no fun what-so-ever.
Glad they easily diagnosed the problem, even if the discomfort in the tummy is still there. I would go liquid to soft and see how it goes, stay bland at first and then see if you dont notice as the infection starts to clear, hopefully you will get back on to your normal eating plan.
Sending positive thoughts for a speedy recovery and getting back to feeling better.
