Default Woo hoo - I still dump!

Yep, that's right folks - Shereeks is dumper! Yee hah! I was really worried that I don't dump anymore but last night I had a super dooper dump. I had about 5 strawberries mindlessly while chatting in skype followed by one biscuit (only had 3.6 grams of sugar in it so thought I would be fine). Well, apparently not - body went no way girlfriend - cut that out right now!

I'm really happy that I still dump even though it was absolutely awful - I just wanted to curl up and die!

Isn't it crazy sometimes? The things that make us happy...while also making us sick. We're a strange bunch of people. I love it though!

Only as a gastric-bypass patient do I understand! My pouch feels the same about bread...and that's not a bad thing.

Deborah - I think shereeks was referring to the biscuit she had with the strawberries. LOL

I am jealous!! Neither Jane nor I dump at all. We really needed that part of the tool, but no such luck.

Congratulations on being a dumper!!!

LOL - I honestly think it was the strawberries though - that's the weird thing! I have had those biscuits several times before with no problems at all. I think lil ol pouchie was just giving me a kick in the pants to remember where I have come from. I LOVE MY POUCH!

Deborah, I would be very careful with fruits to start because they are high in natural sugar and natural sugar can make us dump too. You just have to test it and see what your limits are. I am one of the unlucky ones and can eat fruits all day and nothing will happen except I get a tummy ache from the tartiness or acid from a fruit. I do not dump on it. It's strange though with other things....I never know when I will get the heart racing or sweats with foods. When I was early out, I dumped on mashed potatoes. Imagine that. Thought my heart was going to jump out of my chest. I did not throw up though or have the pouch pain. But I have had the severe, doubling over pouch pain along with the sweating and fast heart beat before too and the next day not do it on the same thing. So, for me it's hit and miss. You just have to experiment. Good luck!
