Different things can set us off at different times. You just never know and thats the best thing! If you push it, you might get a ill effect.

Glad you dump - its a wonderful thing! I can dump on shrimp salad or egg salad..go figure! But I can have a little bit of ice cream...just a little though...enough just for a taste!

That's so funny Trina - I thought I was the only one that dumped on potatoes - I still do now unfortunately/fortunately.

Fruits I am normally fine with and I am ashamed to say I can even eat half a mini tub of Haagen Dazs ice cream with no problems at all - go figure!

Spicy stuff tend to make me dump. Like there's this wonderful Asian tuna salad with wasabi vinegrette that I used to love and I tried it once I was allowed to have seafood. Ick. My face got all hot and red and I threw up. It was awful. But, you know, throwing up without having all of that stomach acid being a part of it isn't so bad. It doesn't smell or taste as bad as I remember regular throwing up to be.

I have problems with potatoes, one day heart running a marathon, next time ok. Fruit is hit and miss also. Bananas I seem to get diarreah, I crave oranges and pineapples constantly can't get enough and I am ok with them, apples ok just shaky from them. Mrs Thumbkin hates roast beef from Arby's, just the meat, no bread. Mrs. Thumbkin decided Mr. Porcelin King could have that roast beef. I can eat other real tender beef with no problems, and other thin sliced deli meats. Who knows what happen with the roast beef? Still can't stand the smell of tuna at all. Crazy I used to love tuna. Our pouches really are the boss forever and ever now.

I am so happy for you, that you want to curl up and die....... wait - do I really want to be happy for that??????? I mean I really like you, I don't want you to curl up and die, so why would I be happy if you did. Crap - this is so confusing!

Jim, you crack me up. I'm with you, happy for her.....but really, should we be? For me, I don't dump....which I'm happy about on one hand, but sad on the other hand. I think it's why I don't go below 155! Well, it's my Starbuck's habit that really prevents that from happening....
