Default every docs diet is different

I was served mashed potatoes and hot cereal day I left hospital. Doctor wanted to make sure I could keep down food. I have been able to have soft foods since hospital. I have cottage cheese, yogurt, hot cereal, eggs, etc just soft things. I watch food network all the time, I like it and it does not make me hungry. The head hunger will go away after time. I cant tell you to cheat on your diet, I don't know your doctors plan or your health but I can say that you know your own body, you will feel better if you wait it out though and Ill tell you that you dont want to already create a pattern where you find ways to cheat. Take care.

I had terrible crying spells. For no reason, I would stArt crying or get really sad or depressed. I even had a couple of moments of anger. I just accepted it. I allow myself to feelnwhatever I need to feel and it goes away. The day before I was allowed to increase my food to soft stuff I too could not stand it and ate some yogurt. Just a taste satisfied my need. Give yourself a break and realize how much strength and courage you have.

Thought I was the only one "showing off" my bloated tummy! LOL I'd walk around the house in my sweats with my undies and sweat pants under my hanging gut and my shirt slightly up...kinda like a pregnant Brittney Spears wearing a too small t-shirt. Something I NEVER did pre-surgery!! LOL Must be that I'm proud of the fact that my buddha belly will not be like this forever?!
