Central San Diego Support Group
The Central San Diego Support Group will meet Tuesday, November 19, at 6:30pm, at Donna and Michelle's.
Continuing with the idea we started last month, we will all be bringing some good food to share during our meeting. This has worked well for the people who have to come right from work and then eat their dinner after group ends. We found last month that having dinner while we chatted made it easy to have dinner and give/get support at the same time.
If you need directions or anything, pm me, and I will happily respond. We're looking forward to seeing a whole bunch of you this month!

Lee and I will hopefully be there with something yummy. I say hopefully because that's his birthday and I don't know if his mum will kick up a fuss that we're not doing something with the family. Little does she know that if we're at support...we will be with family.
Anyway, hopefully we'll see a bunch of you on Tuesday, 11/20 for some support and some yummy & good for you food. Please don't let this intimidate anyone! If you can't bring something because you're coming straight from work or any other reason, don't worry! Just come! Remember, we were obese once and tend to make way too much food and now we don't need much so there will be plenty to share!

EVERYONE is RIGHT!!
--Yes indeed! Tuesday is indeed the 20th. My bad...the time is right, 6:30...
--Rene' is also correct. Don't let a lack of a dish keep you from getting support. Come hungry or full, bearing food or not. The important thing is the support, not the food. We will always have enough for all to eat, and just want to make things easier on those coming right from work.
--hmmmmmmnnn, Jenny? I'm looking forward to hearing from you...a surprise, eh?

Just bumping this up to the top to make sure everyone remembers our group on Tuesday, November 20, at 6:30. Bring a dish if you wish, not mandatory. People were having trouble with the group time being squeezed in right after work and having to either eat in a hurry or eat way late. By us "bringing our dinner", we are able to get the support we need and not sacrifice a healthy meal.
I hope to see many of you on Tuesday! Some of the veterans haven't been able to make the group in quite awhile, and you are terribly missed! (You all know who you are )
