Default So Much Support, So Much Love!

Yesterday in the mail I received a lovely get well card signed by everyone at the North County Support group. It was so wonderful to read all of the good wishes from you all and it felt great to know you were all rooting for me.

That card, the 4 pages of support I received from all of you around the country, and the visitors who came to see me have moved me once again. The energy here is strong, the healing is magical, and the love is deep and filled with grace. I appreciate each and every one of you who have been there for me for what I hope is my final spine surgery.

Love and Props to you all!

I brought a newbie and was making sure everthing was going well. I am sorry, I meant to

Iif you go on Myspace you will see new pics of us, you, me and Michelle before she left. I will have to get your email to send to you. I think its under "Friends of Mine"
some photo albums are only viewable if you have added me as your friend just FYI.
I think there are like 8 albums so if you dont see it let me know

Thanks so much! I think that, while I have a good deal of pain right now, it's more of an incisional pain and a bruised feeling. (If you see the hardware, you would totally get the bruised part!!) I get the ~20 staples removed tomorrow and I am very hopeful that that will help a lot with the pain. I am trying to "do something" every day trying to build at least a bit of endurance, but I hafta say this pain definitely needs improvement. Michelle is rubbing Arnica oil on my back to help with the bruise healing and it seems to be working well, so I am doing my best to be optimistic...I need to not have the other pain anymore! I really need to have no pain at all for awhile.

Your loving energy and good thoughts and prayers are working, and I am blessed to know you all. I'll update after my date with Doc Hall tomorrow.
